The residents of all 8 apartments have exclusive access of a Community Centre and shared access and use of the Village Centre where the resident’s group arrange social activity and programs to suit themselves. The availability of the Community Centre along with the Village Centre allows interaction between residents without compromising the privacy of their homes.

Considering Your Options
This deposit is an expression of interest that will hold the villa at the quoted price for six months allowing you to begin the process of selling your home and making all arrangements to ensure a smooth transition to your new home.
If for any reason during the six month period you decide not to proceed with the occupation of the villa you have chosen, the deposit will be fully refunded.
When Placing a Deposit
We will provide you with the following when the deposit has been received:
- A receipt for the deposit
- Our General Enquiry Document
- Disclosure Statement
- A sample Residence and Service Contract.
When Occupying a Villa
When you're ready to move into your new home:
- You will sign our Residence and Service Contract
- The licence fee based on the single aged Pension will commence (the percentage varying between villages)
- We will complete a Condition Report with you.
