Cost of entry and pay back calculation on departure

The capital contribution toward villa unit occupation varies depending on the villa unit being occupied.

The repayment arrangements on departure from a unit in simple terms are as follows:

       Original loan made by resident

       Less     0.5% of loan per month or part thereof of occupancy for a maximum

                  period of five (5) years

       Plus     20% of any capital growth
