Bushland Health Group Limited was incorporated in 1984 after special meetings of the founding organisation, Manning Valley Senior Citizen's Homes.

The Company is a charity and limited by guarantee with no share capital. Any surpluses generated are used to enhance the services provided.

Bushland Health Group Limited offers a number of different types of aged care accommodation - villas and apartments, a nursing home and hostels. The facilities include:

• Bushland Place Hostel
• Bushland Place, Jacaranda Ave. & Jarrah Place Villa Units
• Banyula Village, Old Bar
• Warrana Place Villa Units
• Karingal Gardens Aged Care facility
